Terms and Conditions

Payment terms –100% up - front monthly payment to commence work. Payments can be made via bank EFT, Visa, and MasterCard & Amex. All Credit card transactions will incur a 2% fee. Cancellation after commencement and/or final construction has commenced will incur a cost associated with the time investment at $110/hour (plus gst). A month notice must be given in writing or email to cancel contract and will incur a month of retainer, if applicable. This quote provides the description of services ordered and the terms of the agreement both parties are entering into.
